Using Excel export
You can use the Excel export function if you need to print and hand out a WBS created in WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira.
To export your WBS to Excel, select Data ⇒ Excel export on the operations bar.
Note that Excel in WBS Gantt-Chart has the following restrictions:
- If there are more than nine hierarchies, an error occurs when opening the file, and it cannot be collapsed.

You can use the legacy Excel export function by selecting Data ⇒ Excel export (legacy) on the operations bar.
Excel export (legacy) was provided as an official function up until Version 9.3.x, but has now been replaced with a new Excel export function due to the following problems.
- Files could not be opened correctly in MacOS.
- Files could not be opened in Windows in certain languages.
- Some content displayed in WBS and Gantt charts could not be reproduced.
