Create from templates will allow users to use the pre-built templates or users' saved templates. If you have saved your work before as a template, you can reuse using this feature.

It allows you to edit a table or import your Excel file from File > Import > Excel
menu.
After editing or importing, push the ‘Save’ button then, ‘Exit to Confluence’ button.
