Overview

The 'Table history' feature allows a table has a version history created on each savingdisplays a list of previously saved tables.

How to show the history

Under other actions (3 dots menu), click the 'History' button below the tableoption.

  • It displays Displays all versions of the table

  • When clicking a link on the version number, it allows you to view the content of the version on a new tab

  • When clicking a ‘Restore’ link on each version, it restores the selected versionDelete or restore to the previous version

Limitation

Excel-like Tables for Jira use Jira issue property to save data like Excel tables, history, templates, view settings, etc. Jira set a limit that users can only store the maximum length of an entity property value of 32,768 bytes.

Currently, we don’t set a limit on how much history users can store. If you are unable to save your table or create new table histories, please clear the old histories.
