Ricksoft supports their add-ons as long as Atlassian supports its base apps such as Jira or Confluence which customers use the add-ons with.

For versions that are supported, customers can raise issues via https://www.ricksoft-inc.com/support. If a bug is discovered, it will be prioritized based on our Ricksoft Bug Fixing Policy and may require you to upgrade to the version which includes the fix.
