Filter Functions Description:
Filter by Title:
To filter by title, follow these steps:
Click the filter icon located at the top of the page.
Enter the search term related to the title in the input field provided.
Filter by Status:
For status filtering, you can:
Click the filter icon in the status section.
Enter the specific status term in the input field.
Utilize the dropdown button to select from the list of available status options.
Page Owner Filter:
To filter by page owner:
Locate the filter icon associated with page owners.
Input the name of the page owner in the designated search field.
Choose the page owner from the dropdown list that appears.
Last Updated Filter:
To filter by last updated date:
Find the filter icon related to the last updated date.
Select one of the three filter options: 'on', 'before', or 'after' to refine your search.
Authors Filter:
When filtering by authors:
Access the filter icon linked to authors.
Enter the author's name in the search field.
Use the dropdown button to select the desired author from the available list.
Labels Filter:
To filter by labels:
Click on the filter icon associated with labels.
Input the label term in the search field provided.
Choose the label from the dropdown list of existing labels.
Restrictions Filter:
When filtering by restrictions:
Click on the filter icon for restrictions.
Enter the specific restriction term in the search field.
Select the restriction from the dropdown list of available options.
Clear Button:
After applying filters, a clear button becomes visible at the bottom.
To remove all filter conditions at once, click the clear button.
Alternatively, you can manually remove individual filter conditions by revisiting the respective columns.
