New features

Added capability restricting Gantt creation

Improvements

No notification about paid version if user already paid
Show explanation tool-tip for uneditable issue fields
Hide pencil mark when the critical path is displayed
Add a menu to the bar position and jump operation

Bug fixes

Critical path does not appear if there is a gap in the schedule even for one day
If the display range is shifted with the left and right buttons, the tooltip content of the resource will be broken
Issues where the epic link is not displayed on screen fail to update
When user preferred language is not English creating Gantt with duplicated name failed.
