Status

As for the time, if it is the same as the finish time set in the Working Time setting, it will be omitted from the display in the cell.

Effort
This column displays the sum of the Remaining estimate and the Time Spent on the issue.
In the Project, Version, and parent issue row, the aggregated value of the leaf issue's efforts will be displayed.
If the Duration-Effort Adjustment column is set to 'Effort adjusts', the value in this column will be automatically calculated using the Duration * Units formula, and manual editing will be disabled.
Users don’t have permission to edit time tracking.
Effort column becomes read-only. If Duration-Effort Adjustment is Effort adjusts, effort adjusts are disabled.
Duration-Effort Adjustment
This column is used to select the mode of recalculation for duration, effort, and units.
You can select from the following four modes.
Mode | Description |
---|---|
Manual | This mode allows the user to manually enter the Duration, Units, and Effort values. |
Effort adjusts | This mode automatically calculates the value of the Effort column using the Duration value * Units value formula. Example
→ Effort = 8 hours * 50% = 4 hours |
Duration adjusts | This mode automatically calculates the value of the Duration column using the Effort value / Units value formula. The Finish column is also disabled for manual editing, since the values of Start and Duration automatically determine the value of Finish. Example
→ Duration = 16 hours / 25% = 64 hours |
Units adjusts | This mode automatically calculates the value of the Units column using the Effort value / Duration value formula. |
The default value for this column can be changed in the Gantt settings.
