FOR PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Overview

  • A project administrator can make an app disabled for each project

  • In the project that set disabled, an Excel-like table and quick-add button of the app are invisible

  • The default is enabled

How to set an app to enable/disable

On the prerequisite, it needs a project administrator’s permission to configure it.

project administrator is a user with the Administer projects project permission for a particular project. By default, the 'Administer projectspermission is assigned to the 'administrators' group (via the Administrators role) for projects.

  1. Go to the settings screen of a project

    • for the company-managed project: Project > Project settings > Excel-like Tables - Settings

    • for the team-managed project: Project > Project settings > Apps > Excel-like Tables - Settings

  2. Toggle the switch for enabling or disabling
