Exporting to MS Project
You can export projects, versions and issues displayed in WBS Gantt-Chart as XML files that are readable in MS Project by clicking Data ⇒ MS Project export on the operations bar.
The MS Project field for each Jira field is shown in the table below.

Assignee | Resource name | Makes the assignee's user name and workload as the output. If the workload is 0, MS Project specifies the duration of the task as 0 days as a default. Therefore tasks with no milestones and 0% workload are exported with a 1% workload. |

| % done | % complete | Uses the value of the field configured as "% done" in WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira However, in MS Project, the % completion rate of a summary task is automatically calculated including accumulated % completion of child tasks as well. Therefore the value shown may differ from % done in WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira. |
