Verify that all the needed features exist on Jira Cloud.
Install Excel-like Bulk Issue Editor for Jira on your Jira Cloud instance.
Manually set the Date/Time Configuration.
Manually set the Permissions Permission Setting if required
Manually set the Project Setting if required.
