Using Excel export

You can use the Excel export function if you need to print and hand out a WBS created in WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira.

To export your WBS to Excel, select Data ⇒ Excel export on the operations toolbar.

Note that Excel in WBS Gantt-Chart has the following restrictions:

  • If there are more nine hierarchies, an error occurs when opening the file, and it cannot be collapsed.

Using Export export (legacy)

Because this is a legacy function, some displays may no longer be usable.

Some previously exported files may not open correctly in MacOS or Windows in certain languages.

You can use the legacy Export excel function by selecting Data ⇒ Export excel (legacy) on the operations bar.
