About task fields,
The summary of the Jira issue will be the task name.
The assignee of the Jira issue will be the assigned resource of the task.
The remaining estimate + the time spent on the Jira issue will be the duration. If there is no time tracking value, the duration will be one day.
Link issues from Private Projects
If you restrict access to a project in Jira, only users with appropriate permission can find and link issues from that project.
When inserting private issues, the issue summary
and assignee
are copied as task name and resource. So unauthorised users can see those value without accessing Jira issues.
If your issue summary contains private information, please consider setting page restrictions similar to the project access permission.
