If you want to reuse existing Excel-like tables for different purposes, simply copy the table URL then use that link to create a new one.

Convert Confluence Table to Excel-like Tables

Now you can convert existing Confluence tables to Excel-like Tables for Confluence. There are some limitations with the type of acceptable input in Excel, we would recommend copying a table with data that is supported by Excel like text and numbers.
