Question

Since there are many workers assigned to multiple projects, I would like to manage resources collectively with multiple projects. What should I do?

Answer

Please specify multiple projects when creating a Gantt.

Since all specified projects are displayed on the WBS and Gantt chart, you can perform resource management of multiple projects at once.
