Check the Supported platforms.
Migrate your Jira server to Jira Data Center by following the guidelines from Atlassian Documentation.
Install Excel-like Bulk Issue Editor for Jira on in your Jira Data Center instance.
Apply a valid Data Center license to Excel-like Bulk Issue Editor for Jira.
All existing spreadsheets should from your old instance will be available in your new Data Center instance.Manually update your app permission at the global configuration
