Check the Supported platforms.
Migrate your Jira server to Jira Data Center by following the guidelines from Atlassian Documentation.
Install Excel-like Bulk Issue Editor for Jira on your Jira Data Center instance.
All spreadsheets should be available in your new Data Center instance.
Manually update your app permission at the global configuration.
