When using WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira as a project manager, you need to create a plan before your project begins. Once the project has started, you can check to see that it is progressing according to the plan.

Follow these steps to plan your project:

  1. Create a Gantt.
  2. Create a WBS.
  3. Create a plan.
  4. Assign resources.
  5. Confirm the plan.
