Using Excel-like Tables in Global Templates and Blueprints
If you are a site administrator, you can create page templates in Confluence Cloud and make them available across all spaces on your site.
In addition to standard Confluence template features such as variables, placeholder text, and labels, you can also use Excel-like Tables for Confluence within global templates.

Restrictions
The following limitations are based on Confluence’s “Global Templates and Blueprints” functionality:
View Mode:
When viewing the template, a message may appear where the Excel-like Tables macro is placed. However, this is only a display issue , the macro works correctly once the template is instantiated.Edit Mode:
The macro preview is not displayed in the template editor.Template History:
Currently, it is not possible to view template history. Any changes made to a template are reflected immediately, as version history for templates is not yet supported.
