Creating a Gantt

In some cases, the default Gantt for a project is not satisfactory.
For example, if you want to display multiple projects in a single Gantt, or if you want to use a filter to display only issues in the upper layers of the WBS in a Gantt chart, you must create a Gantt.

Follow these steps to create your Gantt:

Creating a Gantt from Jira Projects

1. Open the Apps tab ⇒ select WBS Gantt-Chart.

2. Click Create Gantt ⇒ Create from Jira Projects ⇒ Continue.

3. Enter the Gantt settings:

   1. Enter the board name for the Gantt name;

   2. Select the project or projects you want to use;

   3. Select the scheme to be used as the initial value for the Gantt settings;

   4. Select whether to allow Operation by non-administrators.

4. Click Create.

The Gantt is displayed once it is successfully created.

Creating a Gantt from Jira Filters

1. Open the Apps tab ⇒ select WBS Gantt-Chart.

2. Click Create Gantt ⇒ Create from Jira Filters ⇒ Continue.

3. Enter the Gantt settings:

   1. Enter the board name for the Gantt name;

   2. Select the filter you want to use;

   3. Select the scheme to be used as the initial value for the Gantt settings;

   4. Select whether to allow Operation by non-administrators.

4. Click Create.

The Gantt is displayed once it is successfully created.

Next time, you can display the Gantt you have created by choosing the Gantt’s name from Apps ⇒ WBS Gantt-Chart ⇒ Gantt.
