"Automatically set the progress rate to 100% if the problem is solved" and "Automatically set the progress rate to 0% if you reopen the assignment?" are not in the Gantt setting, why is that?

Answer

These are not implemented to avoid the Jira performance degradation. For those that affect the entire system such as 'scheduled job function' are limited to 'Global setting.'
